Neuro-Reframe Therapy
Neuro Reframe Therapy (NRT) is a uncomplicated Therapeutic Framework for regulating and transforming our thoughts, emotions & behaviour quickly and permanently.
Reframing
Reframe (n) - a process of reconceptualising a problem by seeing it from a different perspective.
The majority of our thoughts, beliefs, behaviours and stories have been accumulated over the course of our lives and are stored in the subconscious until they are triggered in some way.
When triggered, we can often feel that we are no longer in control of our thoughts or emotions. This lack of control and a feeling of being unable to change them, often brings with it the perception that we are powerless.

How it Works
Neuro-Reframe Therapy is a four-stage process of self-awareness, healing and growth completed in a safe and nurturing environment.
Stage 1 – Regulate
Stage 2 – Reflect
Stage 3 – Release
Stage 4 – Reframe
It involves the individual bringing an issue from the unconscious into their conscious awareness and reframing it in a way that brings mental, emotional and physical benefits to the body and mind.
Uniquely NRT has been designed both for personal use in your everyday life, or as an NRT practitioner facilitating NRT sessions with others.
“If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change” Wayne Dyer
